Keep your sealed Final Order and any financial order permanently. Then update the documents that still assume you are married: your will, pension nominations, mortgage, tenancy and insurance.

Update or replace
- Your will, and any expression of wish for pensions and death-in-service

- Bank and utility accounts, and your name where you changed it
Replacing lost documents
The court can issue a certified copy of the Final Order for a small fee. Pension providers can confirm implementation of a sharing order.
