Create a clear written agreement covering the arrangements you and the other parent have agreed for your children. Separate from the divorce service and not included in the £159 fee.

Court fees. HMCTS divorce application: £628. Consent order: £53. These are paid directly to the court and are not included in the CalmSplit fee. You may be eligible for Help with Fees.

Consent Order Solicitor Review

CalmSplit receives no fee for this introduction. You are free to instruct any other solicitor. The HMCTS consent order fee of £53 is paid separately to the court.
