The Final Order ends your marriage. Once made it cannot be undone, and it changes your rights immediately.

Is the financial order sealed, or at least agreed and lodged?
Would you lose a widow's or widower's pension benefit if your spouse died after the Final Order?
Are life policies, nominations and wills updated?
Do you still hold home rights that you rely on?
